This site collects almost nothing. You can read every page and run the deal calculator without giving an email address at all. Nothing is sold to anyone, ever, and there is no advertising on this site.
If you buy, you first complete a short acknowledgement: your name, your email, and a tick confirming you understand that Jonathan Norton is not your attorney, accountant, financial adviser or broker. That record is emailed to him and kept as proof the disclosure was made before you paid. It is not added to any marketing list.
Nothing you type into the calculator leaves your browser. The property address, the rent, the price — all of it is processed on your own device and nothing is transmitted to this site or to anyone else. Close the tab and it is gone.
This site does not store your inputs anywhere. The figures live in your browser for the length of your visit and disappear when you close the tab. PDFs you export are generated on your own device.
Checkout is handled by a third-party payment processor. They collect your name, email and payment details, and process the card. This site never sees or stores your card number. Your email address is used to deliver what you bought, to send updates to the materials, and to answer you if you write. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Your message and address sit in an ordinary email inbox and are used to reply to you.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as a normal part of serving a font file.
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing jonathan@decidedacquisitions.com. Purchase records may need to be retained for tax and accounting purposes. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, and those will be honored.
